Darcy grew up in Horseheads, NY and was a big part of every community theater in the area from the time she was 9 years old. She left Horseheads at age 19 to major in Acting at UCLA and stayed in Los Angeles for 13 years working as a professional actress (credits include Grey’s Anatomy and Without A Trace) and acting teacher. She was a head teacher in on-camera acting for kids at the prestigious young actors’ conservatory, The Playground, in LA and has developed curricula for several acting programs in LA, Manhattan, and Birmingham, AL, including a program for children on the Autism spectrum.
